Hi, I'm Mary Maynard, I have a passion to be as healthy as I can within my lifestyle. Here at Lumina Health, our aim is to provide you with some of the tools to be as healthy as you can be.

I love being able to help people and their pets achieve a healthier happier life. It's the best feeling to help people make changes to achieve a healthier living.

I've always been active and lived a relatively healthy lifestyle but after going through a divorce after 30 years, stress and not living a healthy life took its toll.

I was at a low point when I decided things had to change and that the only person that could change that was me. So I was brave and took steps and made big decisions to change my life.

I believe things happen for a reason. It was at this point a good friend introduced me to Bioenergetic testing. I needed to find my own source of income and also needed to look after myself and my health and my children.

I took a leap of faith and started my road on becoming a bioenergetics test practitioner, and I haven’t looked back!

Fast forward to now and I am in a position to help other people as well as myself. If you said I was going to be doing this 3 years ago, I quite simply just would not have believed it was possible. But here I am!

Amazing what stepping out of your comfort zone and being positive and taking actions can do.
